Insulating your suspended timber floor and fitting insulation between the rafters is a great way to decrease heat loss without encroaching on the interior space.

This is most often done in conjuction with an IWI project however it can make a remarkable difference on its own.

Never underestimate the effect of adding an extra layer of insualtion in your loft, it makes a very noticeable difference to the heat loss in rooms below.

While we’re at it we will install loft boards on top to leave you with a functional storage space. Or we can convert it into your dream office. The sky’s the limit!
